// Our land is placed in Kamilari, Crete. A village blessed with fertile earth & conducive weather, perfect conditions for quality farming. In that land our family plant their trees and their homes. Today we enjoy the gifts their heritage gives us and we continue to respect and take care of the land that raised us and our trees.

// We are taking care of our trees all year long, in order to harvest the best possible olives. Harvesting season is once a year, mostly around December & January. We combine traditional methods & modern machinery, to not hurt the trees. After that, olives moved to modern, certificated facilities, where the oil production & bottling, taking place. The next months, we are trimming, watering & taking care of our trees, so that, they can provide their great crop, again.

// Back in 1960, our grandfather, Emmanouil Alevizakis, start buying small areas & planting the first olive trees, in order to raise his family. In time and with good use of farming & oil production, he was capable to own the amount of land that today is more than 30acres, all planted with olive trees. Our grandfather, until his death in 2021, always advised his children & grandchildren on how to take good care of our land & trees, in order to harvest & produce extra virgin olive oil. Keeping his words & his advices, our family continue his work.
