// We are taking care of our trees all year long, in order to harvest the best possible olives. Harvesting season is once a year, mostly around December & January. We combine traditional methods & modern machinery, to not hurt the trees. After that, olives moved to modern, certificated facilities, where the oil production & bottling, taking place. The next months, we are trimming, watering & taking care of our trees, so that, they can provide their great crop, again.
